P90X - Day - Power 90X - Legs & Back Workout

I just got done with P90X - Day - Power 90X - Legs & Back Workout this was the first time I did this workout and it killed me.  wow.


Check out my heart rate!





I burned 1092 Cals!!  Not to bad!!

  1. Wow, John, great job. Do you like your heart monitor? I need to get one....can't remember what you have there, will check the discussion list to see.

    I am sidelined with something pulled in my left knee after Plyo. Shouldn't have ever done Plyo with knees that have had surgeries, shoulda done the CardioX like Tony suggested. DUH!

    Will be back on board soon I hope.
