First Day on P90X - Chest and Back workout

Today was my first day on the P90X workout for really, I did chest and back just now.  I also change my diet to the P90X from the Aktins. In the past no carb diets was the only thing that worked but I am giving the P90X diet a shot so I can eat some carbs.

  1. John, if you want a great free site to log your food, go to www.myfitnesspal.com and enter your meals. Eat every 2-3 hours 5-6 times per day. It wasn't until I logged my food that I began to see unhealthy patterns with my eating. I'm pretty impressed with your diamond and decline pushups...those were the death of me. Oh, and for Plyo tomorrow, don't eat AT LEAST up to 1 hour before the workout...trust me! :)
