P90X Week 3 - Shoulders and and Arms workout last night

I am coming to the end of week 3 of my P90X.  I missed a lot of workouts from being sick.  Last night I did shoulders and arms and I feel great.  I do see a change in my arms and shoulders but did not drop any weight yet!!  But I know I need to follow the diet more!

Hmmmm does this P90x stuff work?????

I been doing P90x for about 2 weeks now and due to some crazy changes in my life I keep missing some workouts and the diet.  I been sick for about 4 days now and I been eating like a pig but I just got up to shower and I looked in the mirror and I can see a change in the size of my arms, legs and traps!  So if I see change and I missed so many workouts and did not follow the diet the way I should this program may really be the best!  taking off until monday to kick this cool. lets see how I do next week

P90X Week 2 - Chest and Back workoug

I am on week two of the P90X workout and I did see some changes in the workout.  I am falling behind by one day in my workout due to working about 40 hours in the past 48 hours. but I am back on the workout today and tomorrow I will be only 100% back on it, workout and diet!

Day 3 of P90X - Shoulders & Arms Workout

So today is my 3rd day on P90X.  Today started off very bad, I got up depressed due to some issues in my life and then I started to work out and one of my bands broke again this SUCKS!! after going back to sleep I got up and found some dumbbells, 25lb dumbbells only. So I did my P90X - Shoulders & Arms Workout with 25lbs.. Please keep in mind this is my 3day on P90X and first time doing P90X - Shoulders & Arms Workout

SportLine Duo 1025 watch

Today I picked up the SportLine Duo 1025 watch (heart rate) and I have to say as of right now I like it alot, I called up support 3 times to play stupid! ok ok I was not playing I did not know some things and each time someone got right on the phone and helped me right out! SportLine is getting 5 stars from me today

2nd day of P90X - Plyometrics Killed Me!!

Today was my 2nd day on P90X and the workout was Plyometrics, Never in my life (yes 42 years) I have done anything like this.  I only made about 36 mins before my legs could not move anymore :( not to happy about that but I will get better in time.  Diet was easy today, egg whites, turkey etc not to bad!!

First Day on P90X - Chest and Back workout

Today was my first day on the P90X workout for really, I did chest and back just now.  I also change my diet to the P90X from the Aktins. In the past no carb diets was the only thing that worked but I am giving the P90X diet a shot so I can eat some carbs.

Ok this is the day before I start P90X, I am about 239LBS and below is myday before photos. I printed up the worksheets and will be entering the data into the excel files to.  My back, arms and legs are killing me from running around the park with the kids.  lets see how good I do tomorrow!

Getting ready for the life changing.......

So I started to get ready for my new life.  Today was my last day of eating anything I wanted.  I had my kids today and as a part-time dad anytime with your kids should be a great time but we all want to the park and I seen that I could not run or play like I used to with them. this made me thing! P90X is going to get me back into the game with them too.  After having the kids I came home and shaved 100% of my body so I can see the change to it.  So tomorrow is the big day! its the before photos and then Monday I hit the system!




My 3 Great Kid! P90X is going to get dads body back in action!

Tonight I am going to get my Gold's Gym Bands and New Iron Gym ready for Monday!

a few days before really starting P90X-

Will my name is Stuttering John Smith and I got so fat this year and sick of being fat! At 42 years old I am making a change! NO GYM, NO WEIGHTS - JUST ME AND P90X AND SOME BANDS!

I been playing around with P90X this week and reviewing it.  Now Monday (it is Friday) I am really going to start.  I am 239 LBS right now. So lets see how I do!

But I have to say I was using the Gold's Gym bands and the red band broke all ready on the 2nd workout!  Gold Gym Bands :(  




YES I GOT FAT! BUT LETS SEE WHAT I CAN DO WITH P90X AND BANDS! 

NO WEIGHTS! 
NO GYM! 
SO LETS SEE HOW GOOD P90X REALLY IS! 239LBS ON 10/8/2010
