P90X Week 2 - Chest and Back workoug

I am on week two of the P90X workout and I did see some changes in the workout.  I am falling behind by one day in my workout due to working about 40 hours in the past 48 hours. but I am back on the workout today and tomorrow I will be only 100% back on it, workout and diet!
